So recently i picked up some halo polly bag figures on sale! (Polly bags contain 1 figure (generally) and accessories, they normally come out in themes. With common, uncommon, rare, and sometimes legendary varriants. You don't know what you get until you open em! Unless you know a few tricks. ;P)

Anyway, these are all common. But I'm alright with it, they're all really cool! 2 space marines and 2 Spartans! Cool stuff! So I'm curious, what do you guys think of polly bags? What's your opinion on them? 20200103_201218.jpg

I'm not familiar with those particularly, but both of my kids are obsessed with those surprise type bags.  There's a few they like getting -- a Mario one, and something else I can't remember the name of.  Initially I thought it was strange buying something you might not like, but then I started realizing its no different than buying like a Magic The Gathering booster pack hoping for good cards or something (which I used to do A LOT).

Yaknow, i actually haven't played magic the gathering, do you like it?
And anyway, yeah I'd imagine it's quite similar. If you don't know what cards you're getting into, it's no different from not knowing which figure you'll get. And besides, if you do stop motion (something im considering doing) extra figures are never an issue.

When I played, it was a ton of fun.  I haven't played MTG is well over a decade at this point though.

Always good to hear opinions on things I've considered trying! 😃
